These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Shannon Jade Warner website (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Made-to-Order Artwork

All prints are made to order specifically for each customer.
As a result, we do not hold ready-made stock.

Please allow several business days for production prior to dispatch.

2. Framed Prints

If your order includes a frame:

Frames are handmade by local Australian framing businesses
Production may take up to two weeks
Framed artworks are carefully packaged due to their size and fragility

Due to the custom nature of framing, all framed prints are final sale.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD.

Product prices vary depending on selected size and framing options.
Prices shown may be advertised as “starting from” and will update based on your selections.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

At this time, we ship within Australia only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on artwork size and framing.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable.
This may be introduced in the future.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind
This includes incorrect size selection

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

8. Care Instructions

Artwork care guidelines are provided for longevity; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

improper handling
exposure to direct sunlight
humidity or moisture
incorrect hanging methods

9. Intellectual Property

All photographs and artwork remain the intellectual property of Shannon Jade Warner.

Artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
